Well, I'm not talking about stealing music. I'm all for paying for it from a
legit service, if the bastards would not try to control what I can use to
listen to it<grin>. I would like to be able to download a music file and know
that I can listen to it on a Windows,Mac, Linux, or what have you system and be
able to burn it to CD or load it onto an MP3 player. I just don't want to spend
a ton of dough on a music collection only to find out it can only run on xyz
music player for Windows.

I'll likely be using Windows again some time soon anyway so it's not an issue
of  having it, just having enough freedom with my files.
