My list of programs starts with Iptraf, Netwatch, Sniffit, Tethereal, 
and Trafshow.  One or more of these will show you that info...  Also, 
for a report type program, I suggest ntop, which is a web based 
graphical monitor, that shows you each and every system, and traffic in 
and out.  Kinda nice...
