Copy over the /data directory which will have the files, messages, users, etc... I'd take it easy on copying over the /xtrn directory, that is if you run doors, because alot of them are going to have to be reconfigured to run under DOSEMU or whatever DOS emulator your going to use or not use. :) Also, don't forget any mod directories and such you may have...
