Is there an MSN Messenger compatable client for linux?
 
I have tried gaim, but the msn plugin does not appear to work (protocol
not supported).  kmerlin would not install.  Are there any others?
 
I have a hotmail account, and have used it before, but have never used
the Windows MSN Messenger client.  If there is some way you have to use
it to initialize your Messenger account first, I have not done it then.
