First you need to make sure the drive /dev/hdb is partitioned using the
bootable flag.  fdisk /dev/hdb or cfdisk /dev/hdb <depending on your
flavor>....  It shouldn't affect the drive by changing this, but, be aware, any
time you re-adjust drive settings, there's the potential to wipe it out.

Once your sure its bootable, then you cna go into Lilo and configure it for the
drive.  Follow the setup of the other drive, and create a new section.  You may
also have to re-edit the message file.  Anyway, that should do it.
