Subj : LILO and 2nd Drive

Has anyone had any success getting LILO to
see a Linux system on their second drive?
 
I have vector Linux on hda and Gentoo on
hdb, and I can't figure out how to point
LILO to the kernel image in hdb1.
 
Or do I need to use another boot loader,
like Grub?
