Yeah, I want to be able to dial-up one of my PCs in order to access my
internet connection.

It is not something I'd want to do all the time.  I have a dial-up ISP that
I want to get rid of.  $20/month to use it one week a year is a little much.
To be able to dial my own box during that week would be great.
