I'm in the same boat. I ran Red Hat at work and at home until they
end-of-life'd 9.0 and went to RHEL/Fedora. I didn't want to take part in
the new arrangement and switched to Debian. It's much rougher around the
edges, but once you get used to it, it's nice.

I use Debian at work now, I wonder how many at-work RedHat admins they lost
when they switched to RHEL?
