Throw away the 6-disk jukebox, or do what I did AM> with mine: Put them back in their original packing and stack them AM> somewhere in the house because you can't bear to chuck them out! :) On my local PC, I currently have 15,895 tracks/mp3's, now that's including albums... I don't have them split up like you do by artists, but in Genre, and then broken down by artist. But in each directory for the artist could be a couple of their hits and whatever full albums of theirs I have. In just the Rock & Roll directory, there's about 1000 some directorires... so, that's 1000 artist, but then I have country, dance/rap, classical, Salsa/Merenge etc... I just started this formatting, and there's an old MP3 directory that has unsorted ones in it. I still have to sort them. :) I think the last time I looked there was about 12,000 some MP3's in there... That'll move my "Sorted" total to 27,000+ MP3's all on the one drive. Wanna help sort? :) .... (In my best Freud...) Interesting... Zo, tell me about your mother --- MultiMail/Linux v0.45 þ Synchronet þ Killed In Action - telnet://kiabbs.org .
