Eh?  Why would you think that?  For the most part the "Linux makers" don't 
care whether Linux runs "window design games and other software" *at*all*.

Some people are working on getting Windows programs to run under Linux 
(WINE, and so forth) but by and large, that is not a critical goal for the 
core Linux team -- if it's a goal at all.  Now, RedHat may be hoping that 
a few hundred million Windows-users drop Redmond and buy Fedora, but the 
"Linux makers" couldn't care less.
