iirc it's calle dthe iPod Mini. and i've seen it in person.. it has a fully 
functional screen. displays settings and song listings.. i don't know what 
it's big brother looks like since i haven't seen that model.. but the mini 
for the most part looks just like any other mp3 player.. now if you want to 
talk about a totally useless LCD screen.. look at the Sony NET MD model 
MZ-NE410

now that's an awsome low end mp3 player but really sh!tty LSD screen
