I'd *strongly* advise dropping 'more' and switching to 'less'.  It's a far 
better file viewer than 'more', with better manipulation.  You can use the 
cursor keys to scroll up down and sideways, and page-up/down do what you'd 
expect.  The man-page for 'less' is 12 times longer than the man-page for 
'more'.  You can even 'less' a gzipped text file and 'less' will read it 
directly.

Believe me, you get much *more* with 'less'.
