I'd *strongly* advise dropping 'more' and switching to 'less'. It's a far better file viewer than 'more', with better manipulation. You can use the cursor keys to scroll up down and sideways, and page-up/down do what you'd expect. The man-page for 'less' is 12 times longer than the man-page for 'more'.
