I did in fact say "in this case" or words to that effect.  And you 
shouldn't be too upset that I capitalized my response, since you didn't 
seem to hear the first time I declined your offer to supply me with the 
software of YOUR choice.

No, but I might scream at them because I was not attempting to enter that 
door, and by holding it open in front of me they were just wasting my 
time.  For the SECOND time.
