There's a package called "urlendec" that contains two programs:

	urlencode -- encodes URL's on the command line
	urldecode -- opposite of above

This seems to be a BSD package, because all the searching I've done, I 
can only find binary packages for BSD.

Anyone know where I could find a Linux version of this package?  Or the 
source so I could attempt to compile it on my machine?
