Not sure I understand your question (and if it's Synchronet-related, it should
be posted in one of the Synchronet-related message areas).

If you're asking which is harder to setup and run, I'd say the Unix/Linux
version of Synchronet is more difficult.

If you're really asking about "programming Synchronet", then you need to be
more specific. Like programming Baja modules or JavaScripts or C/C++ or what?
