If the editor is configured with "Use Shell to Execute" set to "Yes", then the
quotes will be interpretted by the shell and become a single argument (without
the quotes, but with the spaces). If set to "No", then "> would be one argument
and the close quote would be yet another. So, if you have "Use Shell to
Execute" set to "Yes", it *should* work. :-)
