I didn't realise it was so old when he asked me to look for a manual.
Apparently they stopped making these things in about 1955..  so I
found a link to an aircraft museum that has one and may be able to
help him with plans. It was a sort of neat all aluminum experimental
kit plane. He found an old one but it needs some wing work and I guess
he needed the manual for some of the specs...

This guy is into unusual things..  He's also just about finished building
a helicopter and just last year he sold his home-built submarine..  B)
