This is a simple little program that works fairly well using
a database to check for known nasty files. I've just traded a
few messages with Dustin Cook, the programs writer, because
it seems it picks up a false positive on the file IUN6002.EXE.
There may have been in the past some nasty files sent out that
used that name to hide under but there is a legitimate
uninstaller file with that name distributed with software
by Indigo Rose Corporation.

He is releasing a new version of that program in the next
day or so with a corrected database.
