I'm guessing out mail server provider is a MS-only shop. :)  I emailed this and 
Mdaemon to him and he didn't say anything about MIMEdefang but I guess they 
already run Mdaemon servers.

Also, if I start getting into setting up linux servers and doing this stuff, I'm 
definately quitting and starting to do consulting. :)
