MIMEdefang can be set up to do that... action_replace_with_url($entity, $doc_root, $base_url, $msg, [$cd_data]) - Drop the part, but save it in a unique location under $doc_root. The part is replaced with the text message $msg. The string "_URL_" in $msg is replaced with $base_url/something, which can be used to retrieve the message. You should not use this function in filter_multipart.
