All:

I am looking for some software (I dunno, mail server perhaps?) that will 
intercept large attachments and send a ftp link to the receiver in lieu of 
sending a mega-attachment.  I've seen it before, but can't remember what it was. 
Any suggestions/comments?  (possible addition to Synchronet in the future?)
