Don't know what was happening with the re-directing of mail but, the reason the
Virus probably got on her work computer was that she was using the previes
pane.
The preview pane shows a preview of the email in a part of outlook of office
2k and to show a preview outlook has to open the email which is when the virus
got loaded(probably).
I lerned this a while ago an on my computer in work i have the preview pane for
this very reason, turned off.
Or just use Mozilla Thunderbird (Not many email worms are programmed for
Thunderbird).
