No, they do not. OEM cd's are not Dell, Sony or HP labeled, those are restore
cds. OEM cds are to be sold with hardware. They are not restore cds.

No. You had a restore cd for those. YOu did not have an OEM cd. And you
wouldn't have had to buy a new license, those computers have an OEM cd sticker
on the case. All you needed was an OEM cd.
