Subj : New Computer Advice

I'm looking into getting a new machine so I can have a Windows box to go along
with the Mandrake(because I'm still not used to Mandriva) box I have now. I'm
looking into the adds they have for CyberPower, IBuyPower, and Systemax(as sold
by Tigerdirect). There is another one that I can't remember off that top of my
head. 
Does anyone have any recommendations/warnings or other insights on the systems
mentioned above? Also would you recommend any other system? I really want to
make sure I'm not dealing with any companies I should stay away from.
