Actually, the relevant line would be inet_interfaces in /etc/postfix/main.cf.
Since master is only listening on localhost, inet_interfaces is most likely
set to 127.0.0.1.  If you remove the inet_interfaces line and restart Postfix
it should listen on all interfaces, or you can set it to the addresses of
specific interfaces you want it to listen on.
