Nope... my router is a FreeBSD system that does NOT run DHCP... I use NIS and
hosts internally.  There is no right or wrong interal IPs... not any correct
way to assign them etc.  Many dhcpd implementations (ISC... *the* reference
implementation among them) which assign from highest to lowest.

But, it really doesn't matter.
