I have that as well. Much more thorough but a little daunting
to new users who may just want to see what Windows is stsrting
up. WinPatrol is also good for keeping an eye on your system
to make sure nothing adds any BHO's, startups or changes any
of your browser settings and such.  It stops things before they
can happen and will reverse them if you don't allow it.
Great for those nasties that want to change your Home Page
or default browser settings (including Microsoft updates),
although I have enough other security in place that it's ages
since anything has gotten far enough for it to need to do anything.
