Much more thorough but a little daunting to new users who may just want to see what Windows is stsrting up. WinPatrol is also good for keeping an eye on your system to make sure nothing adds any BHO's, startups or changes any of your browser settings and such. It stops things before they can happen and will reverse them if you don't allow it.
