If I said "Loose track of..." instead, would that be a different case?

'Cause I get messages saying things like 'Can't open socket low
resources..." I know it's up to the programmer as to the content of the
error messages, and it's not gospel as to that content.

Yet rebooting resolves the problem just like it did with windows 3.1.

If I am infected with some outside programming (virus trojan, whatever)
and that's the root cause, I'll track it down.
