I've used Cacheman from time to time but I don't really see any difference so, generally, I just use it to change certain memory settings in Windows and then I leave it turned off.. Most of these programs make no difference at all really. The better ones are, at best, a shortcut to accessing Windows memory management settings. Also Keep in mind, you don't want to set these things to keep a bunch of memory free. If your system is working right memory should be almost full much of the time. It's there to store things you need, or it anticipates you may need again soon. It should only clear things out when it needs room for new things. Keeping memory 3/4 empty will just slow down most of what your system is doing.. --- þ SLMR Rob þ Sinicism is the fruit of Experience þ þ PDQWK 2.52 #17 --- þ BgNet 1.0á12 ÷ Kentucky's Capitol City Online * 502/875-8938 * USR v34 .
