It can be configured to automatically run it's algorithm when a certain threshold is hit. Typically because I use several programs at once that are very hungry for ram (photoshop/imageready/dreamweaver/flash/illustrator) in tandem, i disable the automatic threshold feature since it would probably screw something up :) It is a pretty good program though. Sits in the tray and has a simple read out of ram free or used and double clicking on that icon in the tray runs the cleanup/defragger. - grymmjack .
