Okay.. So, in the past few days, Ive added 4 echomail networks to my system
(fido, STN, Starnet, and Micronet).. I documented what all needed to be done
to add a new network, and created a little howto.

Soo. For you Sync sysops running radius, Id like your feedback (to see if IVe
missed anything..)

For you sysops that dont have it setup yet, this should come in handy.

And yeah. The howto assumes your running Sync 3.12 and Radius 4.010
