I cancled my account with them 3 years ago, they sucked! Their RMA was worse than anything else I've ever encountered. SED isn't bad, I have an account there, but haven't used it in ... 2 some years. See, I don't sell computers specifically. There's no profit in it for me... Too small of an area. I will if the client specifically asks, and usually, its for a high end machine, but I make nothing off the parts... Just the labor of putting it together. I also charge for my time of configuring the thing, then charge for installation... copying over files, etc... I actually make more doing it this way... the client see the bill for the parts, and they get a great deal on 'em... Normally, I just get them to purchase a Dell... This way there's no Warranty questions for me. :) Be> I remember back when I first got into business, places like Newegg Be> would be cheaper than my distributors, but now I don't find many places Be> who can touch the distributor pricing. I've found its cheaper for me to "Not" have distributors for myself. I don't have to pay those yearly fee's and such. The clients see the price they are going to pay right on the site, and I'm done with it... they take out their credit card and purchase it. They pay for my time, researching it for them, and then for building and installing. Win/Win situation... At least the client thinks so. :) Sniper Killed In Action BBS, telnet://kiabbs.org Home of the Unofficial SynchroNet Support Network. download the info pack at any of the below sites: http://www.chcomputer.net/USSNET.ZIP or http://www.ussnet.org ....
