  *grin*  Been there, done that. I ended-up spending far too much time
explaining what the "contract" part of a "service contract" is.  Every time my
rate went up, I'd cheerfully call and say, "Hey, cool.  Since the contract's
back in negotion yet again, I'd like to submit an opening bid of $5/month for
all your services."

  *wags finger*  Your phone support people have no sense of humor.  Less even
than your management has a sense of what contracts are.
