Eh. I set it up, test everything out (usually right in front of the person), and walk away. Job done. If they muck it up, the repair/reinstall's on their dime. I don't hang onto images - I just start over, repair what can be repaired, replace what can't. As a rule, I tend to try to get out of getting my hands into other people's computers anyway, because there are WAY too many computer-retards out there whose systems I inevitably get tied to in the long-term. *grin* So I charge through the nose to discourage people from soliciting my services.
