most like it's one of these two issues

#1 one of your PSU fan/cpu fan is dead or dying or clogged with tons of dust
#2 someone was in your bios and set the cpu temp or system temp to low and 
when it reaches that point .. bam auto shutoff to prevent system damage
and to come to think about it could even be hard drive problems.. but most 
likely problem #1
