AM>UltraISO costs $30 and doesn't run under Linux.

Can't help you Re: Windows/Linux but there is a Free Trial
version of UltraISO which might let you make a couple of disks..
(I'm not sure what the trial limitations are, maybe just time.)

Two things they mention it can do that looked useful in
your case were:

Can directly edit the ISO image file  and
Can add / delete /create new directory /rename ISO file image content.
