Well, without know much more than you posted, I definitely did not have to
adjust the MTU. First of all, make sure you have the latest firmware. Linksys
routers are funny about retaining settings. I recommend you take screen shots
of each screen you have modified first. Do a reset, then power off the router.
You also want ot physically remove the the power plug from either the wall
outlet or from the router for about 10 minutes. Leave all of your parameters at
default and just put the server in the DMZ. Try that first. You'd be surprised
at what information a router retains if you just do a simple re-set. Keep me
