Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could assist with a VBA/MS Access issue I am having.

I have a table (and query) with item number, items in the room, room:

01  Red floor tile     Room A
02  Blue floor tile    Room B
03  Orange floor tile  Room C
02  Blue floor tile    Room D
01  Red floor tile     Room E
etc.

What I am trying to do is create a report that shows:

01  Red floor tile     Room A, Room E
02  Blue floor tile    Room B, Room D
03  Orange floor tile  Room C

Where the Room Names are comma delimited in the same field.

For extra credit, I also have a query that totals the square footage for the
items.  I need to display this on the report also.
