  lol  Don't be too sure...  On more than one occasion (and, in context, I
suppose I should say by more than one gender), I've had call-backs from people
within hours of firing-up a custom system for them because "nothing works",
only to find out that it was because these people decided to delete all the
"old files" on the computer.  By date, of course.  Including about 3/4 of the
operating system itself.

  My conscience nagged me momentarily upon charging a second time for the exact
same setup as the first, but I just slapped it down and did so anyway.
