Yes, but that wasn't essentially what I was bitching at.

I had an ISO image here that, burnt to CD, would give me a Win98 bootable 
CD.  The ISO image was 2 meg in size.  When I mount the ISO "loopback", I 
can access some utility files on the ISO.  But there was only 2 meg of 
space on it, so I couldn't store the Install CD's files on it.    Pity the 
bootable ISO wasn't large enough to hold the files off the install disk.  
I'd just have copied them on there, and then burned the ISO.
