Liar Liar...  You've stated you do have a Win2K system.  :)  

I can't answer the question about Linux, as I've never had a CD Burner
that would recognize in Linux.  So, my 3 current burners are all in
WinXP boxes... If Slackware or Debian would recognize the damn things,
I'd be happy to work on that aspect!  :)  I've got 2 Debian, and one
Slackware machine I'd be more that willing to put a CD Burner in.  :)
