Shit, how many times am I gonna have to say this?  *YES* there is nothing 
to stop me using the -b option in mkisofs to create a bootable version of 
the Win98 CD, but it's a PITA to have to do that when *everybody* in the 
entire world seems to have Win98 CD's that are bootable, except for me!
