Hrm?  Missed (read "skipped") most of this, but every Win98SE disk I've ever
laid my hands on was bottable.  Every Win98 CD I've touched was bootable.  Many
Win95 disks I've used were bootable.

Excuse me if I missed something previously in the thread.
