I have all the CAB files on here for easy access and that's 125.8 meg. Likely what you have there is the Win 98 boot disk image that's usually placed on a floppy in a compressed format. System files plus universal CD drivers and it sets up a 2 meg RAM drive to uncompress some tools into.. (FDisk, Format, etc..)
