They Really mean that it supports USB2 port access.
External Storage Device support isn't included with ANY Win 9x
version other than Win ME. Each device requires it's own driver and
generic ones that are supposed to work with everything often don't.
I know, as I've been trying for ages to get an external USB Box
(Stick any type of drive in it you like) going for some time with
Win 98SE and I'm having no luck..
