uh no.. there was no bootable Win95 cds ever.. not Win95 retail or OEM .. not 
oSR2 or anything.. none what so ever.. i can't say anything about the orginal 
win98 oem release since i only have the used the retail of that virgin. but 
win98se oem was bootable as i have stated before
