The Win98 boot CD .iso is only 2 meg.  It contains (apart from the boot 
code and so forth) a couple of useful files: READNTFS.EXE, DELPART.EXE and 
a copy of FDISK.EXE v1.21 as well.  What if I deleted these from the ISO 
and replaced them with the entire contents of the un-bootable Win98SE 
install disk?  But how do I write to an .iso file, extending it by about 
600 meg, without hosing it?
