I'm sorry, I've just haven't seen that in a long time.  My 3 notebooks I
currently have will do all kinds of resolutions, from 640X480 to
1280X1024... Depending on what I'm doing... I switch it all the time.
It switches just like the standard CRT as far as I've seen.
