My iBook isn't old at all hand suffers from that problem.... Might as well use the highest resolution all the time, because anything below it looks like crap.... Granted, my Hitachi Pentium 100 seems to look better on lower modes than the iBook, but still not like its changing to a true mode, you can tell its a scaled version of the higher mode.... Weird, the graphics card supports 1280x1024, and some of the drivers support it, but not for windows... If in dos, you can get it to switch to 1280x1024 (where as 1024x760 seems to be the actual screen res.) 1280x1024 displays the first 1024x768 pixels, the rest of the picture is just chopped off.... --- þ Synchronet þ mainline - mlc-group.net .
