I never used it, but just running a Linux kernel would not necessarily 
mean that system libraries, etc, were in directories with the usual names, 
and so forth.

What I'm saying is that it would be possible for them to deliberately mess 
with the directory tree and file names, etc, to make it very hard for 
"regular" packages to run.  Of course, I have no idea if they *did* in 
fact, do anything like that...
